Every part is submitted to the whole range of functional tests required by ISO/SC7 Standards.

OMT Quality Control operates autonomously. It applies verification standards and co-operates with Manufacturing and Engineering Depts. to decide any changes to operating systems.

Severe tests are performed in two modern, state-of-the-art laboratories.
The Metrological Lab, equipped to perform internal and external inspections on the product as well as three-dimensional measurements and the Chemical/Physical Lab intended for chemical, structural measurements as well as tests on raw materials.

The validity and the importance of OMT Quality System are confirmed by the achievement of Swiss S.Q.S. certification which states the full compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 Standards. Filing of sample batches and a statistical processing of all the data, collected during quality controls, enable OMT to monitor “Standard deviation” immediately and to provide for any necessary adjustment.
