COMPLIANCE

O.M.T. S.p.a. has always shared the values of correctness and transparency in the business management. Therefore, even if adopting the Model is not a law obligation, the Board of Directors has adopted, by resolution dated December the 10th, 2013, according to the Legislative Decree 231/2001, an Organizational, Management and Control Model which could be an effective tool to awaken all those people operating in the name or on behalf of O.M.T. S.p.a., so that they behave correctly and consistently while fulfilling their own activities, with the purpose to prevent the risk to commit those crimes described in the Decree itself. In order to control the implementation of the Model, the Board of Directors has also appointed a Supervisory Body having the task to verify its functioning, its compliance and its updating.
